My personal art practise is one of the most enjoyable thing in my life. It is a great way to relax and unplug - and tap into my inner knowing - creating pieces that all have a story and mean something significant to me. They are rarely finished, that is not the point, it is a therapeutic process of translating imagery and ideas from my meditations into physical form. The time spent doing this further engages the right brain and helps me further unpack guidance received during deep meditation work. Also check out some of my recent Feng Shui Photography here.
Art for Emotional Release
As a contrast, the three images below are all of the same painting, as I worked on it to clear out emotionally charged energy. Notice how this one image gets lighter as the emotions are released.
